Terms of Service

1. The service

Georivo lets real-estate professionals configure, publish, share, and embed interactive location stories using live Google Maps 3D. Georivo does not provide drone footage or a downloadable video file. Coverage, imagery quality, labels, camera behavior, and availability can vary by location, device, browser, and third-party service status.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email and Google account secure, and be legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the websites on which you install a Georivo widget.

3. Georivo Solo subscription

Georivo Solo costs €49 per month and includes up to 10 active widgets and 1,000 new 3D story starts per calendar month. Ordinary visits to a published page do not count as 3D starts; a start is counted when a visitor explicitly launches the live 3D experience. New starts pause after the monthly limit, while the published page remains available. Limits reset at the start of the next calendar month.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Payments and billing management are handled by Stripe. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues through the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Prices and limits may change prospectively with reasonable notice. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Google Maps terms

The service includes Google Maps features and content. Your and your visitors’ use of those features is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You must preserve all Google and third-party attribution shown in the map.

You may not scrape, extract, download, cache, record, copy, resell, rehost, or create a substitute dataset, model, image library, or video product from Google Maps content. You may not hide attribution or bypass Georivo or Google access controls. A Georivo share or embed link provides access to the live experience only; it does not transfer rights in imagery or map data.

5. Your content and permitted use

You retain rights in addresses, labels, and other original information you submit. You grant Georivo the limited right to process that information to operate and display your widgets. You confirm that you have the right to publish submitted content and that it is lawful, accurate enough for its intended use, and does not violate privacy, intellectual-property, anti-discrimination, sanctions, or real-estate advertising rules.

6. Restrictions

Do not abuse APIs, automate fake plays, bypass plan limits, probe private identifiers, interfere with the service, distribute malware, impersonate others, use the service for surveillance or safety-critical navigation, or misrepresent the experience as current drone footage. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, third-party platforms, or the service.

7. Availability and changes

Google Maps, payment, email, hosting, and internet services are outside Georivo’s exclusive control. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

8. Liability

Do not rely on Georivo for boundaries, valuation, accessibility, safety, navigation, legal compliance, or the current physical condition of a property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Georivo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or third-party service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
