Terms of Service

1. The service
Georivo lets real-estate professionals configure, publish, share, and embed interactive location stories using live Google Maps 3D. It does not provide drone footage or a downloadable video file. Coverage, imagery, labels, camera behavior, and availability may vary by location, device, browser, and provider status.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, secure access to your email and Google account, and be legally able to contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and websites where you install a Georivo widget.
3. Georivo Solo subscription
Georivo Solo costs €49 per month and includes up to 10 active widgets and 1,000 visitor-started 3D stories per calendar month. Page views do not count. Starts pause after the limit and reset next calendar month. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; Stripe handles payment. Cancellation stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period unless law requires otherwise.
4. Google Maps terms
Google Maps features are governed by the linked Google terms and privacy policy. Preserve all attribution. Do not scrape, extract, download, cache, record, copy, resell, rehost, hide attribution, bypass controls, or create substitute datasets, image libraries, models, or video products from Google Maps content. Georivo links grant access to the live experience only.
5. Your content and permitted use
You retain rights in original addresses, labels, and information and grant Georivo the limited processing right needed to operate your widgets. You confirm that publication is lawful and complies with privacy, intellectual-property, anti-discrimination, sanctions, and real-estate advertising rules.
6. Restrictions
Do not abuse APIs, automate fake plays, bypass limits, probe private identifiers, interfere with the service, distribute malware, impersonate others, use Georivo for surveillance or safety-critical navigation, or present it as current drone footage. Abusive access may be limited, suspended, or terminated.
7. Availability and changes
Google Maps, payment, email, hosting, and internet services are outside Georivo’s exclusive control. The service is provided as available. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
8. Liability
Do not rely on Georivo for boundaries, valuation, accessibility, safety, navigation, legal compliance, or current property condition. To the extent permitted by law, Georivo is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or third-party interruption. Non-excludable rights remain unaffected.
