Terms of Service

1. The service
Georivo lets real-estate professionals import a public U.S. listing, review its facts and photographs, verify the exact property, and publish, share or embed a complete property page with licensed aerial or interactive 3D context. It does not provide physical drone footage or a downloadable video file. Coverage, imagery and availability may vary by property, device, browser and provider status.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, secure access to your email and Google account, and be legally able to contract. You are responsible for activity under your account, the listing materials you approve, and websites where you install a Georivo embed.
3. One-listing purchase
The public offer is a one-time $99 purchase for one property page published for 90 days. It includes a branded page, a strict unbranded MLS-safe link, eligible live Google Aerial View or Maps 3D, QR sharing, buyer enquiries, and aggregate performance reporting. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Ordinary page views are not charged. Stripe handles payment. Any materially different limit must be shown before purchase.
4. Google Maps terms
Google Maps features are governed by the linked Google terms and privacy policy. Preserve all attribution. Do not scrape, extract, download, cache, record, copy, resell, rehost, hide attribution, bypass controls, or create substitute datasets, image libraries, models, or video products from Google Maps content. Georivo links grant access to the live experience only.
5. Your content and permitted use
You retain rights in original addresses, labels, photographs, and listing information and grant Georivo the limited right needed to import, reproduce, resize, display, and operate them for your purchased page. Before publication you must review imported facts and confirm that they are accurate and that you have all rights and permissions needed to use the source listing, photographs, agent details, and other materials. You remain responsible for lawful, current, non-discriminatory real-estate advertising.
6. Restrictions
Do not abuse APIs, automate fake plays, bypass limits, probe private identifiers, interfere with the service, distribute malware, impersonate others, use Georivo for surveillance or safety-critical navigation, or present it as current drone footage. Abusive access may be limited, suspended, or terminated.
7. Availability and changes
Google Maps, payment, email, hosting, and internet services are outside Georivo’s exclusive control. The service is provided as available. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
8. Liability
Do not rely on Georivo for boundaries, valuation, accessibility, safety, navigation, legal compliance, or current property condition. To the extent permitted by law, Georivo is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or third-party interruption. Non-excludable rights remain unaffected.
