Real provider response. No raw address is sent to analytics.

Georivo checks the exact U.S. property, not just the city or ZIP code. The current product looks for a high-quality cinematic aerial first and uses a real interactive 3D fallback when the aerial is unavailable and suitable 3D detail exists. You inspect the actual result before the $99 checkout is unlocked.

What availability means

Availability means that Georivo can resolve the selected U.S. address and load a real location presentation with enough detail for the agent to recognize and approve the subject property. It does not mean every address in the surrounding city will produce the same result.

The public offer is U.S.-only. A non-U.S. address is rejected before purchase. For a supported U.S. address, quality is still decided parcel by parcel because imagery, geometry and provider availability vary.

How the address check works

Start from the public listing URL. After import, confirm the full property address using the address suggestions. Georivo resolves that selection to the exact coordinates used for the visual lookup.

The page does not treat a typed string alone as sufficient proof. The agent must inspect the rendered property and explicitly confirm that the preview shows the intended building and usable visual detail.

Cinematic aerial and interactive 3D fallback

When a high-quality cinematic aerial exists for the address, Georivo can use it in the buyer-facing presentation. Both landscape and portrait formats may be available from the same location response, but the published page chooses the presentation that fits the product design.

When that aerial is unavailable, Georivo attempts to load an interactive photorealistic 3D scene. The fallback keeps the location explorable in the browser. It is a real provider-backed result, not a generated placeholder or a claim that an unavailable aerial exists.

Possible results

Ready means the exact address and a usable visual presentation were confirmed. Preview required means the address was resolved but the agent still needs to start and inspect the real 3D scene. Unavailable means Georivo could not obtain sufficient visual detail for that property. A technical error means the provider could not be checked at that moment and should be tried again later.

An unavailable or technical result does not open paid checkout. This protects the agent from paying for a location presentation that has not been verified.

Why confirmation happens before payment

The value of the page depends on showing the right property clearly. For that reason, imported listing facts, photo rights, the exact address and the visual preview are all confirmed before payment.

Once those checks pass, one $99 payment publishes the complete property page for 90 days. There is no recurring public subscription and ordinary page visits are not charged.

What the preview cannot prove

Licensed aerial and 3D imagery may be older than the current property condition. It must not be used as proof of renovations, construction status, roof condition, lot boundaries, legal access, exact measurements, travel time or safety.

The finished page should pair the location presentation with current, rights-cleared property photographs and verified listing facts. Buyers should confirm material claims through inspections, surveys, public records and qualified professionals.
