How Georivo Turns a Listing into a Buyer-Ready Property Page
Import a public U.S. listing, verify every detail, preview the real aerial or interactive 3D, then publish one complete property page for $99.
Create a listing page ↗Georivo turns one public U.S. property listing into a complete buyer-ready page. The current flow starts with the listing URL, imports the available facts and photos, asks the agent to verify every claim, confirms the exact address, and shows a real cinematic aerial or interactive 3D preview before payment. One $99 purchase publishes the page for 90 days. There is no subscription.
What Georivo publishes
The result is a hosted property sales page, not a camera configurator and not a downloadable video file. It can combine the approved listing headline, price, description, property facts, photographs, agent identity, phone, email, showing link, and a location presentation in one place.
Each order also includes a branded buyer page, a strict unbranded MLS-safe link, QR sharing, buyer enquiry actions, and aggregate seller analytics. An optional protected iframe lets the same published experience appear on the agent or brokerage website without recreating it.
1. Import a public U.S. listing
Paste the public HTTPS URL of the property advertisement into Create a listing page. Georivo reads only information available on that public page; it does not sign in to the source website or bypass access controls.
Import is a starting point, not an automatic truth claim. Some websites block photo access or expose incomplete structured data. When that happens, the draft shows warnings and lets the agent correct the fields or upload photographs they have the right to use.
2. Review facts, photos and agent details
The editable draft includes the page headline, price, description, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, up to 15 property photographs, agent name, brokerage, email, phone, and an optional showing-calendar URL.
The agent must review the imported information and confirm that it is accurate. The agent must also confirm the right to use the listing materials and photographs. Georivo does not silently publish scraped claims or treat an imported field as verified merely because it appeared on another website.
3. Confirm the exact property
The listing address is resolved to a real map location and must be a U.S. address for the current public offer. The agent selects and confirms the exact property rather than relying on a city-level coverage claim.
This matters because visual availability can change from one parcel to the next. A nearby building may have excellent imagery while the subject property does not. The purchase remains locked until the selected location and usable visual detail have been checked.
4. Preview the real location experience
Georivo first checks for a high-quality cinematic aerial presentation. If that presentation is unavailable for the address, the page uses a live interactive 3D fallback when suitable 3D detail can be loaded. The choice is automatic so the agent does not have to understand provider products or camera parameters.
The preview uses the real address and real provider response. The agent starts the preview, checks that the correct property is visible, and confirms that the detail is usable. No simulated success state is substituted for an unavailable service.
5. Pay once and publish for 90 days
After the listing data, rights confirmation, address and visual preview are complete, secure checkout opens for a one-time $99 payment. New orders are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
A successful payment activates one property page for 90 days. Ordinary visits to that page are not charged. For five or more simultaneous listings, contact Georivo for a volume arrangement instead of choosing a public subscription tier.
6. Share, embed and collect enquiries
The branded URL is designed for direct sharing with buyers. The separate strict MLS-safe URL removes agent and brokerage branding where an MLS requires an unbranded destination. The QR code can point prospects to the same live page from print or open-house materials.
If the agent has a website, the published experience can also be embedded through the iframe copied from the dashboard. The exact live website domain must be authorized, and the public page should be checked after deployment. Buyer contact and showing actions use the verified agent details on the listing page.
7. See what buyers engage with
The listing dashboard reports visits, starts of the location experience, contact actions and enquiries. These are practical seller-reporting signals: they show whether buyers reached the page and whether the presentation prompted a next step.
Analytics are aggregate product signals, not proof of buyer intent, property value or a completed transaction. They should be read alongside enquiries, showing activity and the agent's own sales process.
Availability and important limits
Georivo is currently sold for U.S. property listings. A cinematic aerial is used only when a high-quality result is available; otherwise a suitable interactive 3D view may be used. Imagery may not reflect recent construction, renovations, weather, vegetation or current property condition.
The location presentation is not physical drone footage, a survey, an appraisal, a boundary record, turn-by-turn navigation, an accessibility assessment or a downloadable MP4. Buyers and agents must verify legal boundaries, measurements, routes, access, condition and listing facts through the appropriate authoritative sources.
